“Hi friends! I wanted to share some videos and pictures from Thursday. Thursday was a great day!

If you’ve read my blog you’ve seen me refer to “my best friend “. Meet Tammy. I refer to her that way because her job requires her too do everything with me. From super easy to crazy embarrassing. I mean crazy embarrassing.

Tammy’s been with me a year. Great news! I haven’t scared her away! 😁

I shared an idea with her a few months ago and Thursday it happened!

I walked from the car, up an 8 inch curb, and into Biggby! Once inside I walked to the counter and ordered from someone who’s never talked to me before. After that I walked to a chair. After we enjoyed our coffee, I did need help from Tammy and my occupational therapist, Jamie, but I walked back to the car.

Added bonus…the wheelchair stayed in the car!!

It continues to feel amazing to see the hardwork of the last 7 years paying off.
